    Will anything be shipped?

    No, all files are digital so nothing will be shipped. 

    What happens if a file I purchased gets updated? 

    Once you purchase a file, it is yours forever and any updates I make to that particular file will be included. So for example, if you purchase Super Bowl bingo cards in 2020, you will receive a link to updated cards for Super Bowl 2021. This is only for updates of existing files and does not include adding new items to bundles. 

    When will I receive my files?

    You'll receive a confirmation email after your purchase confirming the sale. Minutes later you will receive a second email with link to download your files. 

    I'm having technical issues with my files. Can you help? 

    No, unfortunately technical support is not included. 

    What license does my purchase include? How can I use these files? 

    All files are for personal use only and the personal license covers one person's use only. Play Party Plan retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of all products. 

    If you would like a commercial license to use files for profit or sale of any kind, please reach out to britni@playpartyplan.com to discuss pricing for a commercial license. 

    Can I use multiple discounts at once? 

    No, only one discount code may be used per transaction. Discount codes are often only available for a limited time and if code is expired, discount will not be given. 

    My file isn't downloading, can you help? 

    Try to open the file on a desktop computer rather than a mobile device.

    Obsessed!!

    I have 8 year old twins that were obsessed with the Christmas games that came in the bundle! The elf on the shelf would bring a different one each day! It was great to see how excited they were to play the games. They were wonderful my designed and creative. We will definitely be purchasing more printable items!

    The games, the process and the fun keep getting better with each new release. The bundles are the best deal. My family spent hours leading up to and on Christmas day playing all the fabulous games. There is a little something for everyone, young and old. THANK YOU!!!

    Fun family game day

    We had a great day with our child and grandchildren using the games provided. The download was easy even from my phone. My children had already played the Saran Wrap game but said it was even more fun with the challenge cards the download provides.
